Powder Blue Tang+tank size

hello all, Im intersted in getting a PBT, so while doing research online I found websites stating these fish need a 55g or bigger. But I always see them in huge tanks, whats up with the site's info?
I saw the "55Gallon" for the PBT on more then 1 site.
