new tank setup/build

I have plans of upgrading my 75g to a 136g custom made 40" 30" 30", the problem I have is I want to bild it into the wall that seperates my entrance to one of the bathroom walls, I would turn that bathroom into an aquarium room for all my setup. the problem is that wall is also connected to the entrance to the kitchen, would anyone sugegest if it is ok to have it build there?
