i ran it all 1 1/4" i think mabe 1 1/2" what ever size the tollet flapper size are lol sorry im at work right now
but with the return being at the surface it splashed alot of water which broke my light at 14 or so inches above it lol so i added a T to the drain and have one facing the back of the tank and the other toward the front way less splashing now i like the air trap you have on the surge return not sure if that would work with my setup or not i have one more sump i am going to use for a 2nd surge so looking for ideas |
