Will Leather fraggin in my tank kill other corals?

So I fragged my green tree coral into 3 pieces, fragged the Kenya tree and GSP's. I have watched some of my mushrooms implode off off of the rocks, zoo's closing up and my zenia disintegrate has anyone else experience this?
