Converting RSM to Seahorse tank?

I was just wondering if it was possible. Are there powerheads i can replace the old ones with?

I want to do something like this- Reefvideos.com (Clip labeled "Seahorse")

I would like to do the rics, and some sps. I have some onyx at the LFS on hold for me-They would go in there along with a mandarin and 2 yellow clown gobies.

Would this work? Stock list is flexible.
