Ohio Reef Groups?

I am looking to join a reef group. Anyone know of any located in West Central Ohio? I am in Greenville which would be just a tad north of Dayton.

Check out CORA's board in the Reef Club forum. Central Ohio reef assoc.....most of them are in Columbus. Nothing formal is going on in Dayton.

Carson Lee from Gerbers was talking about setting one up recently, but I don't know how that worked out. I've been keeping an eye on the Columbus board -- they seem friendly and I'm up that way more often than I'm down in Cinci.

Here's some links that might be helpful. Unfortunately the next All Ohio swap is going to be in the extreme northeast corner of the state.

Carson Lee is working on something. I think he got lack or response at one time. I'm just north of Dayton too I think we could start something, hopefully soon! I think Carson Lee is going to checkout another Ohio meeting to get idea's of starting one here. Correct Carson???

Young (high school or a little older), quiet, seems to know what he's talking about, dark hair similar to "Ted" in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

Just to kick things off.

You will have to become a member to post but that keeps a bunch of spam from making the board and lets up keep track of who is saying what.

A good start for you guys would be to get a club forum right here on RC.

Hello All!!!

I am in Sidney and I've also been looking for a club close to home here.

I'd be interested if Gerber's started one. I've been to Gerber's several times.

oh man 3 days....i would have been crapping myself, i was worried enough about 12 hours...my tank is in the basement which tends to be chilly. Good for summer, but bad for winter when the heater isnt working.

tank temp 57 degrees, can do nothing about it priceless!! This summer I will be looking into generators!! I haven't done any pics since the move in 03, its been a very slow process. This winter I am looking to doing alot of additions, this area is hard to get much (on hand) information, this board is great, it would be nice to talk to ppl straight up though!

If you looked at my pics, you can see my tank is going pretty well. I'm no expert. I use this board, Marc Levenson is very helpful via email, and just learn as you go, make some friends who help out here and there I'm sure you know the drill. And yes this area sucks. Thats what we get for living in a cron field.
