They are the 1st internet expense I had. Tho the corals were beautiful, many of those they advertise as "great for beginners" is false. They will replace them but the freight is still you resposibility. ordered 1 fish and it arrived DOA.
I have heard their service has improved...

When people discuss this vendor, they usually emphasize one part of the name: Aquacon.

Complaints have included selling inappropriate items/wrong information, Um, "borrowing" other folks pictures for their website, poor packaging/shipping, billing issues...well, if you can think of, or have heard of a bad internet experience, there's a pretty good chance someone has said it about aquacon.

And there are pages more. Anyway, you should get the idea....

Well, thanks for the links. I'm glad I asked before getting added to the list of the scammed.

Having read absolutely nothing but negative feedback on these folks, I don't even waste my time looking at the website.

took me about 9 months to get my money back. Called card services and they threatned to take it to court. Worst business ever. -

I have been chasing $$ resolution from these shady characters for over a year. At one point they even claimed they shipped me something but the shipping company said there was no shipment associated with the tracking number they gave. There was no shipment. Avoid these guys.
