My best experience ever with online vendor
I had to post to say thatI just had an experience with vividaquariums that has topped all of my experiences.
I had ordered some rock and a few fish from them. One of the fish came with Popeye and a white spot on his head. After calling them they offered a couple of suggestions on what to do. After trying their techniques the fis himproved a little. Keep in mind that they have a 15 day guarantee. The morning of the 16th day the fis hstarted to turn sideways (unfortunate) in the tank. I sent vivid an email and they responddd with store credit for the specimen. I have never had service like this from any online resource. Usually they say good things about their guarantee but make it impossible to get that credit and/or another fish. Thanks Dave you are truly a good man.
