Hello all,

I know this will sound as a shock, but I am forced to leave GOOD feedback for WCTM. I received my 3rd order in about a month from Ted last week. I had a DOA with the shipment, which was a shame because it was such a nice fish. This DOA, as well as a previous instance, was delt with in a very professional manner and credit was given no questions asked.

Over the past month WCTM has been getting much better, although the communication gap can be frustrating some times. I will continue to order from Ted and West Coast Tropical Marine for no other reason than the fact I feel like a valued customer.
