Yellow Tang Aggressive?

I will eventually be adding a yellow tang to my tang....

TANG POLICE please don't hurt me b/c he sill be swapped out to a bigger tang eventaully but for now he's gonna go in at about 1.5 '' in size...

My question is that I want to add him as my second fish (clown was first)...

After him I will be adding a few more, possibilities are:
Anthias
Blenny
Sixline
Firefish

If he is the second in, when I add any of these, will he pick on them?

What do you're experiences tell you all?

Thanks alot in advance

He will only be aggresive to other Yellow tangs or tangs of simaler body shape. But I hope you are going to be moving him fairly soon with proper diet he will grow quickly.

I think he'll be cool in the 80 for a while...

After that he'll prob go into a 200 that is on the way...

But you all think he'll be friendly when his buddies start moving in?

I'm only posting this b/c....I'm sure I have read somewhere that it is hard adding new fish once a tang is established in the tank

they can be if they are already established and have there own terrirtory. If he is agressive to the others, rearange some of the rocks to make it new for both of them

They're not agreessive they're just extremely territorrial. I think you should consider adding it last. The fish list you mentioned look good but those are all peaceful fish. If you put the tang in first it will be hard IMO to add anything after him.

Wow....the opinions are pretty mixed

But since the girlfriend is probably gonna buy him in the next few daysm I think he is going to have to go in and worst comes to worse I'll redo my aquascaping with new additions

If anyone else has comments feel free, otherwise thanks to everyone who answered
