long polyps on millis

i recently got a couple of milli's and they are all fine but i dont get that long polyp extension. is it because of nitrates? if not that then what? my trates are 15ppm last i checked

Your water parameters, lighting, coral placement and flow are factors consider. Please provide more information.

Also, since they're new their polyps might not be fully extended

nh3/4:0 no3:5ppm po4:0 ca:440ppm alk: 10.5dkh mag:1360ppm i have 3 150watt mh's and 4 96 watt pc's. the corals are at the very top of the tank. i have 3x 1100gph seio's a 1500gph seio and a modified maxijet and a mag 12 for return
