Southdown sand in OC?

Im going to be helping my brother in law set a new 180 gallon in Irvine but I was wondering if any place carries the southdown tropical play sand. If not, what other "cheap" sand works well. I really dont want to pay 30 dollars for a 25lb sand. thanks in advance

I know some here do not like them, but OceanPro in Corona sells bulk fresh live sand for roughly $1.00 per pound.

Southdown is no longer made. At least the type you are looking for.

may be someone getting rid of theirs? might have to wait on used stuff... i personally prefer small grain argonite. not sugar sized, but i feel that the argonite helps with the buffer and all those claims... i just like the little help it gives...

i don't know specifics of south down stuff...
