150w XM hqi bulb work with ARO 175w ballast
I was just wondering if I can run a 175w ballast on a 150w bulb. Im trying to get a whiter color out of Xm10k. Can I overdrive this bulb?

I am pretty sure the ARO ballast is either 150/175w. Thats how they advertise it at least. You should be fine.

Yes, it'll work. The 175w is the closet you're ever going to get to 'overdriving' a 150de, but wont be all that noticeable.
