Help my clown please!!!

Since I got her, she never eats anything and always have white poops. She has been like this for a week. What should I do to save her?

White stringy poop usually means internal parasites. Try soaking food in garlic to entice eating. Talk to your LFS where you got it about medication. Was the clown wild caught?

no apologies necessary you do need to QT and medicate the clown and there are plenty of people who can help with this.

If you dont get her to eat something, she will die soon. My husband had a w/c onyx clown that died because she had internal parasites and we couldnt get her to eat. We took her back to the LFS because they have a hospital tank, she wouldnt eat there, and she died within a matter of days. Try to get her eating and get her medicine asap.

The white strands of feces remind me of constipation, could this explain the lack of feeding?

white stringy poo is the only way we have to diagnose most internal parasites this fish will most likely die if it is not put in QT and MEDICATED

White stringy feces tend to be indicative of irritated intestinal tracts, parasites are just one potential irritant.

If you decide to treat for internal parasites, all the fish in the tank need to be treated at the same time.

What else seems different about this fish? Any additional slime coating on the body? Is it breathing faster then the other clown? Laying down more? Swimming in the corner? etc.

Vary the diet and could be a bacterial infection as well.
