External pump for CL help!!
Hello all, i need a good external pump for my closed loop setup.
the tank is a aga 125g it is also bare bottom...well its goin to be anyhow. I need somthin that will have enough pressure to go through some 90* elbos and still have the performance to keep crap suspended in the water so i t can be skimmed out. what do you guys think i should get? oh forgot to mention, my return pumps are a mag7 and mag5 if that matters |

Go with a Sequence Dart or Snapper. Very quiet pumps. Head pressure is not relevant for a closed loop, and the 90 elbows won't slow the flow too much.
