Dont know what it is? If its a bristle worm, no. If its a flatworm they dont either some are parasites but luckily the liverock is the host. Then again there are like 25,000 different species of each worm so a pic would help, and wikipedia is the place to see if you can find it.

It will eat dead coral but not live. There is so much misunderstanding going on with bristle worms in that some folks think it eats coral. Only dead coral. Bristleworms actually are good for your eco system. They help with dead stuff in the liverock, sand and dead corals. Just my 2 cents...........

actually if its a Eunicid (sp) worm then you need to find a way of killing it. It will it your corals and fish if it gets a hold of it. Check this one out, does it look like it?

You know what I think it is the Eunicid Worm, Damn it. It looks just like that how should I get rid of it, find it and make my own little brisstle worm trap?

get a steril bottle type jar, throw some food in there, and you should catch it.

No cap at all.

Just sterile bottle (glass preferably, plastics sometimes dont want to stay put), get water in it so there isnt buoyancy. It needs to stay put wether you want to have the tip/opening of bottle on a rock or completley in sand, but tilted up so that when it goes in, it cant climb back up/out. You might catch crabs, and hermits if you have any.
