looks like worms

The other day I noticed one of my small zoo rocks wasn't opening all the way. After looking very close I noticed small thin white almost clear worms on the rock. I have done a few fresh water dips over the last few days. There are only a few left that I can see. They attach from one end and move the rest of their body around. Someone from my local club said they are part of the clean up crew, but I have not seen them until a few days ago and I have had my tank four years now.

I don't know. They are way to small for a picture.
