- 300 lbs or so of base rock (see pic)

If, by chance, there is a contractor out there wanting this tank, we may be able to work something out. I have all the rough in plumbing for a bathroom in our unfinished basement. If you could turn this into a finished bathroom (a very small area), the setup is yours.
