Question fraging green star polyps

has anyone ever fraged green star polyps? can i lust take a razor and cut off the peice that is growing off the rock? then reatach it to a different rock.

I just did that about a month ago and was successful. The frags are happy and growing. On one frag, I left some of the purple "flesh" hanging off the frag disc and glued the disc to a small tonga branch. The polyps have wrapped themselves around the branch, looks good (in my opinion).

a razor blade is what I use for fragging gsps then I just glue the shin to a different rock

In my case, superglue killed significant part of the mat - it started to look as hard, dry, inflexible piece. Very long time for recovery. Tried different kinds of SG, including aquaium use.
