How do I add a smaller angel in an established tank

Hi,
I have a goldflake, a french and a queen angel. They are all smaller size. Now, I want to add some more angels. how do I do that without them fighting. I have a 90 gallon tank. The fish are in that tank for about 2 months. Thanks.

You can't, the fish you have now (although small) will soon outgrow the tank you have. If you wish to keep them and especially if you wish to buy new occupants, you'll need to start planning for a much larger system now.

I agree, neither of those angels will last long in that size tank. I am surprised you don't have any fighting right now. If you plan on keeping all three of them for life, your going to need a +250g tank, preferably a lot bigger. Queens and especially frenchs get huge, 12-15"

Thanks all, I do plan to upgrde to a larger tank but not now. Don't they take years to grow to a decent size. They are all 2 Inch now!

No, depending on your feeding regime and water quality, I'd estimate about 3-6mths before their size creates undue stress and serious problems leading to death.

You've been given excellent advice here. Don't count on the upgrade. In many cases unforeseen things happen that put a larger tank on the back burner. I would start looking for homes for these fish soon. Your tank is simply not suited to any large angel. Look at some of the centropyge sp.
