RBTA lost all its tenticles and and died about a month later

I had a RBTA anenome it was doing fine. It found a nice spot to stick to, it was eating great. And then it seemed like over night it had no tenticles. It was just a small blob. But its foot was still stuck, and it would eat (I tried to hold it near its mouth)

Then it just fell off so I removed it.

So what causes this? I have 0 nitrates and my temps are 81 during the day max and 79 at nig ht.

I had better luck with a condy, and I don't have any shimp that it can eat this time. I guess I will try one of those again.
