Actinic Supplementation: 420nm or 450nm

I have a Maristar fixture with 2 250w HQI and 2 54w T5. I will be running a Phoenix 14k on one side and an AB 10k on the other. Which T5 supplementation should I get for the best colors? 420nm (Super Actinics) or 450nm (Blue Plus)?

looks like the phoenix spikes at 450 and the AB spikes at 420. How about one blue+ and one super actinic?

That or go with both super actinics IMO.
