WTT 400W Sunlight Supply ballast for 250W

I have a 400w Sunlight Supply ballast that I bought used, before doing my homework. I will only need 250W so I woulld like to exchange with someone that wants to upgrade. Peferably local that way we save on shipping.

The ballast inside the housing is a Magnatek 400w M59 multitap.
The housing looks just like their Sun System 1 Horticultural ballast but without the switch to change between 120v and 240v, or the handle. Here is the link to their page.

The ballast is in inmaculate condition, no abuse whatsoever.

Question sugestions?

Nobody needs an upgrade?

Well I'm open to offers.

I also need a return pump, maybe the ballast and cash for a return pump. I need at least 1500 gph at 6 ft of head.
