Flow through ROWAphos in a Phosban Reactor?

I need to know what the flow speed should be through the Rowa so I do not cause any Acro recession like others used to have problems with. Can anyone help me out?

Or is there a better media to use than Rowaphos?

Well I have 2 Phosban reactors with rowaphos in them and I have seen my Po4 drop like a rock. The pump I have is maxi-jet 400. i was told by a LFS owner the less flow the more contact time. So I only do about 50 gallons a hour out of mine.
