Drilling glass refugium

Ok, so I have finally got my 25 gallon all glass refugium up. I need to tap the back for a bulkhead/standpipe or something. How can I cut the hole the best without worry or a messed up hole? I have a glass cutter, but its too small. Maybe I could cut the glass then sand it back with the edge of the glass cutter?

What is the best and cheapest way to cut a hole in glass for a bulkhead.

Also, it is 19 X 25 X 12, what should I put in it. (I am looking for nitrate reduction and pod production for the mandarin)

I have a 90 gallon with an ASM G3 mesh moded and a 90 lbs of live rock in the display.

I would either get a glass hole cutter or use a dremel with a diamond bit. The glass drill bit will do a better job than the dremel, which the hole will have to be free handed.

most glass shops will drill it for under 10 bucks if you cant find the right sized drill bit. Ebay has some on there pretty cheap. Others here in RC have used them as well
