Question on Lighting a 150g FO....

So i just got a 150g (5x2x2) and im trying to decide how to light it. Should i go with PCs, VHOs, or T5s? Thats the big decision. I was looking on hello lights and they have 2x54w T5s for 105.00 plus 20 for both lights. Seems nice and i could probably get two kits. They also have the 4x55w PCs that come with bulbs for like $170. The PCs really sound like a deal but at T5s gonna be THAT much brighter? I have a lot of reef experience but none with FO. Thanks a lot for the help....

I like T5's just because they have much better color then VHO and PC. Plus they don't run as hot as the others. That's what I have on my 210 FOWLR tank.

and yes with the 2 suggested above the PC's would give you far more wattage per gallon and then in turn more light
