anyone using twopart on a big tank???

I have been looking into the possibility of using the two part solution system in my tanks but was wondering if anyone else has tried this on a 180 or bigger my biggest reef right now is 180 but have plans to upgrade and want to scrap my reactors for two part is this a bad idea??? having never used the two part i thought that I would try and get advice from others users thanks

I am currently dosing homemade 2 part on my 180...only been doing it about 2 months ( tank has been up only since mid-August) ... I will give it some time to see if I can keep up with the needs of the tank this way as I aquire more corals...

If you already have the reactors, I would stick with that method. It's less work and more stable. If you were downgrading or something like that it could make sense, but that's not the situation in your case.

To directly answer your question, yes it can happen. The easiest way is to mix it up ahead of time and hookup dosing pumps. I personally used two part up to the point where I had to dose twice a day or my swings would be too great. At that point I choose to purchase reactors instead of multiple dosing pumps.
