white sand looking stuff on back tank walls

it comes of if you scrub hard ,looks like pretty good size sand pellets

fish and water parameters are great??

Sounds like small tube worms. Very normal.

could actually be calcium carbonate precipitation, essentially oolitic sand.

are they spiral shaped...if so thats what they are...tube worms...your normal filter feeders...if you dont like them take a razor or a flexible paint scraper to them...your main consern is prolly to keep them off the viewing pannels

yeah i have those on the back wall too... and popping up on my rocks
