what size power head should i run from a 10g refumge to a 29g. display

same for 10g to a 10g display

I use a GenX-2400 as a return pump for my wife's 38 (with a sump) and I feel that it could use a little more flow. I think the GenX-2400 would work out for your tank.

One good thing about the GenX pumps ... they are cheap and the run for quite a long time.

I believe www.customaquatic.com has them.

For a 10 gal display ... you might be able to use the GenX-1500.
