sps sick?

Have an sps that is starting to look sick at the base. The color is not as bright and it looks thinner. My camera just won’t show the detail. The only way I can describe it - looks like a sheep had a clipper run across its body and removed the fur just in one strip.

Water –

Temp-78 – 80 (summer/winter)
Calc – 430 (was 300 two weeks ago)
Alk – 8 – (dose Bionic, two part)
Ph 8.4 (increased to 8.8 last week, cause still under investigation. Seems to have originated in the mixing tank. Did not catch it prior to a water change)
Mag – 1400 (increased it from 1250 to kill the hair algae..it worked)
Am/nitrate/nitrite – 0
Sg 1.025

Additional info –
New 65 gal started in May, added sps in Aug
Modified Berlin method…skimmer no sump
Mostly sps. gorgonian, fan, tree, zoo’s, soft coral (unknown, red)
Will be adding a phosban reactor (purchased just need to hookup
Lights on a timer cycle to mimic indo pacific day/night cycle
Additional info at bottom

Dose -
two part B-Ionic daily
Kent – Mag
Marine snow
Reef Nutrition – phyto feast, Roti feast

Did dose others but stopped last week
(Kent minerals, purple-up, Reef-plus vitamins & amino acids)
