what size powerhead?

I have a 20 gal. hex with live rock and a few fish. Can someone suggest a powerhead. I'm not sure what I need to get. I need some circulation and also a little aeration.

thanks i checked that out online. Looks like a good one for my size tank and little space.

You might also want to look at the small Tunze's. They may be smaller but likely more expensive.
