what to feed fire shrimp???

or do they just pick on the algee and things off the rocks. I dont have any fish as of yet, but may pick up one or two next weekend

i have one in QT right now and i am feeding him mysis shrimp....he loves it....i also throw a pellet or two in there every now and then.... i think they pretty much scavange for whatever they can find....i might be wrong but this seems to be what mine does....
