Sepia Bandensis

OK, I just read an article on them and I wanted to know if anyone has seen them for sale???

I found a guy on the net who raises them in the Bay area but I was hoping someone had them locally.

Just in case you don't want to look upp the name...........

it is a dwarf cuttlefish.

Frank can you get them at CFC????

From my experience, they do just fine in 78 degree water.

I am curious how much they are..........since they only live about a year , I guess you need at least three and hope they lay eggs.

They start laying eggs at about 5 months old.

From what I read they are warm water and only get to about 4 inches.

I would be putting them in a tank all their own.

I know they are being captive bred so I hope the price isn't too high.

Not sure if there is a brighter colored one or not but these are very smart and interact with you, plus they don't get big. ( 4 inches)

Downside is they only live about a year.

Folks, this is not a commercial forum. If you have a commercial question, PM the business directly. Don't post it publicly here, as you'll end up getting the business in trouble.

And for the businesses that post in the SoCal forum, you need to not respond publicly to questions that advertise your businesses - that puts you in violation of our User Agreement
