Help? Lesions on zoas

I have had 2-3 frags get this lesion on one of the polyps on the frag. They are white in color and vertical lesions which from what I can see kills off the polyp. within the lesion it seems as though the meat from the polyp is getting fluffy and expanding bursting out of the cut.

I tried taking pictres but the HQI is too bright and the actinics is too dark.

70w HQI
36w Actinics PC
sg. 1.025 measured with refractometer
pH 8.1-8.2
calcium 400
alk 300-320
no Ammonia/Nitrites/Nitrates measurable
temp 80-81
Tank inhabitants.....yellow coral goby, sixline wrasse, peppermint shrimp, astrea/cerith/turbo snails, dwarf seahare.

Help?
