I feed a large sheet of nori just about every day if I remember. I have some large tangs though and use the nori sheets I get at teh Asian market. They are about a 5" X 10" sheet.

I have never seen my Yellow Tang take any hair algae. In fact, I saw him grab some that was floating free in the water once, and he spit it out. I guess he is to spoiled to eat hair algae.

I feed mine (yellow & powder blue) nori on a clip every other day. THe days that I don't feed nori, I substitute with Formula Two pellets.
