Need some help wiring up my Ranco controller please.

Need a little direction. I know I need to wire a feed line and an outlet line. On my cord I understand green is ground, black is hot and white is neg. Correct?? On the Ranco wiring diagram things would be much easier if it was labled W,B, or G. What does NO and C mean?? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Your incoming wire the Black goes to the center tap of the upper buss. The white goes to the 'C' tap.
The outgoing wire(which should be a female plug) the black goes to the 'NO' lower buss. There needs to be a jumper wire from the "120' upper buss to the 'C' of the lower buss. The white wire of the lower buss needs to go to the 'C' tap of the upper buss.
All of the green wires need to be wire nutted together for a good ground.
