I recently participated in a local club group buy (I wasn't the organizer and my name/address weren't on the order, although I have ordered directly from them several times before.)

One of the T-5 endcaps in my part of the order was incomplete. One phone call and FedEx delivers the replacement directly to me two days later. Customer service like that is better than butter on a bagel...
