Juvie redbugs?

Guys after my MH went off for the night I looked at my corals that was STN'ing with a flashlight and saw little critters running all over the STN part of the coral. With the MH on I could not see them. Could this possibly be the source of my STN? Are those juvie red bugs? I have been trying to figure out what the source of the STN could be because my water parameters are fine.
