Help with 250w MH Lightening

I've got 2 250mh bulbs running on M58s... Moguls

I just replaced the bulbs... That's all I did. The timer is the same. I've waited a couple of days to see if it will burn in but, no joy.

I DIY this setup, I've always used XM branded bulbs from 10k to 25k bulbs. All I did was change the bulbs....

Now the left bulb is flickering... almost like a strobe... It's on and pretty much full power. just flickering...

The right bulb is coming on for a minute or two and blinking off...

Anyone have any ideas. Did I get a batch of bad bulbs?

I can't imagine both the ballasts would tank at the same time.

Thanks for the help... And Merry Christmas
