parasite????

I have a yellow coris wrasse that has a very strange condition.
It had/has a bruise on its side near the head. It was fairly big and then started to disappear. But now theres is a very noticable bumb growing were the bruise was and there is still some hemmoraging/bruise under the skin. The wrasse is now starting to hit the sand were that part is. I feel that a parasite of some kind has entered thru the skin and is inside him. This is really freaky and sad at the same time as he's a great fish. can't catch him. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
