Help!
First I will start off by saying I am not new to this hobby or fish keeping in general. Now that is out of the way lets begin.
I am currently setting up a 65g AGA. I do have an over flow box and sump setup now. Rio 2100 return, I know I said Rio It works and I have another as a backup. These pumps have been going for many years and I have never hade problems. Well here is my problem. I only have room under the tanks for a Skimmer or small fuge. Also cost is a concern for me, as is noise. If I build a small fuge it would be about 4.5g. Should I even worry about a skimmer? The tanks has the sump running now with the heater in it with 1 T5 11,000k 39w for light. Of course I will be adding more light but thats fine for now while the live rock I will be getting is curing. It also has a DSB with Southdown and some Special grade mixed in. My orginal plans where as follows: DSB 65lbs or so of LR a pinch of LS very small fuge 4-6 T5's depends on the corals I deside to keep very small fish load( pair of clowns and maybe another small fish or two) 2 -Maxijet 1200 on a wavemaster I was thinking of reverse lighting the fuge to try to maintain the PH. Do a small 3g weekly water change. Let me know what you guys and gals think. |

Hmm I was also pking around online. Anyone have a CPR hang on fuge? What about the Remora Pro skimmer? Would this be a good combo for a cheap, silent tank? TIA
