Lighting question for experts / 150w vs 250w duration

Thanks in advance for the answers. My questions revolves around my power bill. I have a 90G oceanic tank which is 48.5L x 18.5W x 25H.

I keep mainly LPS wih plans to expand to some SPS.

My question is, would I be better off running a 150wx2 outer orbit for 10 hours....

Or a 250w outer orbit for 8 hours....

What do you guys feel would be best for the corals "not just for my viewing pleasure, but that does come into account.."

8 hours of 250 (my opinion) given the height of the tank.
