temp. control that cuts off the lights?

I have been told their is a temperater control that will cut the power to the lights if it gets too hot. Does anyone know who makes it, cost and how easy is it to install?

arent all controllers just an on/off power plug?

you just need to reverse that. perhaps get a controller thats made for a chiller?

i have a reef keeper 2 i set it to turn off the lights if the tank goes above 82.0.

ACjr an do that. It can turn anything on/off based on any sensor. Its fully programmable.

Ranco dual stage controllers do this.

i have mine powering up my heater and it will turn off my HID lights when it gets too hot

they are available elsewhere as well but dr foster and smith sells them
