Nitrat reductor !

Hi ,,,,

Im planning to buy Nitrat reductor from aqua-medic

and i wont to know is it rely nitrat reductor can remove no3 until reach to zero ?

all the people i know is using the H&S one. it seem too work pretty well. one friend had hair alage on his 180 gallon tank in 2 month of adding this and like 5% more water change it was all gone. it was a fish only system so if he added any hermit or snails the fish would kill all of them in a week. so that was out of the question. now he owns 3 of them cuz he has 3 tanks. haven't seen any bad alage on any of them but his coraline alage is covering the rocks like crazy.

I am also considering the H&S unit that sleepyz415 mentions. I like the idea of maintenance free for 18 months, that's a really cool thought of not having to feed the reactor or monitor it once it is fully cycled.
