I use Wel-Pac Musubi Nori with no problem. Just make sure it is plain (without seasoning). My tang comes right up when he sees it and eats out of my hand.

Yep its useful if you feel like some Sashmi. Now you dont have to make a nori run.
They make these little nori candies too. I love'em.

I think I posted this somewhere before on RC, but I buy roasted nori in bulk from this place...
Quickspice bulk nori I've never ordered from the following store but I quick search turned this up too: http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/index...FQS1IgodAD57bQ I keep it in a crisper in my fridge and feed a sheet or half sheet once in awhile. I also have a big chaeto growout and add feed that to the display once in awhile. Last edited by elvn; 02/26/2007 at 02:45 PM. |

Personally I prefer the Nori from Tops supermarket. The Wegmans nori tends to disintegrate too quickly IME. You can minimize this - leave it exposed to the air for a few hours before putting in the lettuce clip and feeding. At least I found this works in the summer with a higher room humidity.
