Help Blue Headed Wrasse

I seem to have no luck in the fish-only forum so I have cam e to the reef so possibly my question can be answered From what I have heard the Blue Headed Wrasse is peaceful. I now have one in my 75 gallon tank. He ( coloration ) is fine with "shelled" inverts like hermits and a few turbo snails. The only minus i heard on them is they are active and can stress out some slow moving fish because of that. Just recently i had a green/blue chromis die due to a small cut which the wrasse went for a ripped the chromis's skin badly. That was about two weeks ago, yesterday I had another chromis act weird by hanging around inside the rock work and not swimming with the rest of the chromis. I just found it dead. So my question is , Is The Wrasse The Cause Of This? and or also is it safe to add a Kole Tang soon?
