How much is one pound of Kalkwasser? How many cups or TBL spoons?

The answer to the volume will vary, as the bulk density depends on exactly how it is processed.

1 gram will saturate about 0.66 L of fresh water, so 454 grams (1 pound) will saturate about 303 L.

That's a fine starting point. Each tank is different, though, and requires its own tuning and checking.
