I agree on the customer service!
Our RS180 was so loud my wife made me take it out. I called ER - they sent a new impeller that arrived today.
I really hope if quiets the skimmer down............
If not - I'll be looking for something else.
Maybe another CS6-1 - it's darn near silent and has been rock solid for close to 4 years........
