I'm looking for a simple, one step swap-out replacement magnet & propeller assembly to achieve this mod. Although this thread has presented a great amount of information and options, for me, simplicity is best. I've only found one source for such a product, at
http://aquariumsuppliesdirectonline....es/Page568.htm about 3/4 down the page called Medium Flow Propeller for MJ 1200/900 and High Flow Propeller for MJ 1200. I believe the medium flow uses an Octura 1435 and the high flow uses a Dumas 3004.
So, my question is: will the medium flow assembly make this mod as simple as swapping the parts? Am I missing anything?
