Get rid of the margarita snails. Most of the ones (though not all) seem to be from colder waters and will die in a few months in a tropical system. If they have coprraline on their shell they may be tropical though.

I don't like hermit crabs, & the only ones I'd put in my tank would be scarlet reef hermits. They eat tons of algae and aren't too prone to killing snails.

I would suggest nass snails, nerites, astreas, & ceriths. The ceriths and nass will clean/stir the sand bed, the nerites will stick mostly to the glass and the astreas will clean rocks/glass. For a 20 I'd go with 10-15 nass, 6 ceriths, 4 nerites, & 6 astreas, though you will have to change that to incorporate your current snails, planned stocking levels, algae levels, feeding levels etc.
